Recruitment | Full-time Lecturer

At Tokyo Kokoro Japanese Language School, we have teachers ranging in age from their 20s to their 50s, with a wide range of experience levels. The atmosphere is open and relaxed, making it easy to ask questions and get advice on anything you find difficult or unclear in Japanese language instruction.
Although small, we currently have international students from 30 countries, and we are recruiting faculty members to expand our staff!

| Target audience

Those who fall under any of the following categories 1-4

1. Registered Japanese Language Teacher

2. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or higher and have completed (or be expected to complete) a 420-hour Japanese language teacher training course approved by the Agency for Cultural Affairs.

3. Passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test.

4. Major/minor in Japanese language education at university/graduate school (with completion of Japanese language teacher training credits)

| Salary and Allowances  

• Monthly salary: ¥280,000 and up
  *Includes fixed overtime pay (equivalent to 20 hours per month, ¥47,125). Overtime exceeding this amount will be paid separately. *Estimated annual income: ¥4,480,000 and up (including 2 months' worth of bonus).
  *Determined based on experience and abilities.

★ Subsidies for registered Japanese language teachers
The subsidy covers the registration fee for the E-2 route (up to 27,900 yen).
If the above amount is exceeded for routes other than E-2, the cost will be borne by the individual.
